Membership policy

Membership benifits

According to JFEMA's charter, JFEMA membership is open to any reputable furniture organization that is actively operating in the domestic market and registered in the Jordan Ministry of Industry and Trade, provided that it is presently manufacturing and/or exporting furniture products. However, it is worth mentioning that a final decision to accepting a new JFEMA member is in the hands of the Board of Directors.

JFEMA offers three types of memberships:

Working Member

Any working member is entitled to:

Attend General Assembly Meetings and vote on decisions made during the meeting.
Vote in the elections of the Board of Directors.
Nominate himself/herself for the elections of the Board of Directors.
Participate in different committees formed by JFEMA.

Affiliate Member

Any affiliate member is entitled to:

Attend General Assembly Meetings but without having the right to vote on decisions made during the meeting.
Participate in the different committees formed by JFEMA.
